Probiotics for hydrogen dominant sibo.
Suffering from hydrogen sibo, incomplete evacuation, severe brain fog , no appetite , insomnia.
Cause : drank coffee for a year and after stopping all the symptoms have appeared withing a month, this was 6 years ago, so 6 years of suffering.
i'm thinking about probiotics, I don't want to risk it and take one that worsens my brain fog, does any one have any recommendations for good ones?
