So I’m trying to list a couple of tickets for the Portugal vs Congo match on Stubhub and the listing is pending so they’re asking me to upload my tickets so they can securely store them and transfer them etc. but if I do so, FIFA says that my transfer is final. My question is, what happens if I end up selling the tickets to a friend or whatever comes first, can I delist the tickets before a sale,and transfer them to someone else outside StubHub?

I’m not a scalper, I’m just trying to sell my tickets through a safe way…
