slip.wtf — I wanted candidates to have a paper trail too

I built slip.wtf — anonymous, structured rejection retrospectives.

The problem: hiring teams track everything. ATS histories, recruiter notes, interview rubrics. Candidates get a form rejection or silence. The useful information exists — it's in Reddit posts, Discord threads, word of mouth — but it evaporates.

slip.wtf tries to make it persistent. You log the company, role, stage you reached, what happened, and what the next candidate should know. Posts are indexed by company and stage so they're actually searchable later.

Tech: Next.js, Prisma, PostgreSQL. Built in about 3 weeks.

Current state: live at slip.wtf, seeded with ~100 posts, no organic users yet. Looking for feedback on whether the structured format (company / role / stage / what happened) is useful or just friction compared to free-form.

Happy to answer questions about the build or the cold start problem I'm staring at.
