Used RegisterKaro for Pvt Ltd incorporation + compliance. Here's my experience.
I registered my startup through RegisterKaro a few months ago (Pvt Ltd + 1-year compliance package + IEC).
Overall, the process was fairly smooth. Document collection was straightforward, my company name got approved on the first attempt, and the IEC was issued without any issues.
The biggest advantage was not having to deal with MCA filings and post-incorporation compliance myself. For someone focused on building a business, that saved a lot of time.
That said, don't expect a completely hands-off experience. I had to follow up with the account manager a few times to keep things moving. Some delays were due to MCA processing, while a few were on the service side.
My takeaway: If you're an early-stage founder looking for an affordable and structured incorporation service, it's worth considering. Just stay proactive and follow up when needed.
