My myki Pass expired on May 21 during the free travel period, but I never got any extra days, refund, or reimbursement. I called Myki and they told me to go to a station. When I spoke to PTV staff there, they said they couldn't do anything because my pass had already expired. Then I got an email from Myki saying they won’t give any extra days, which has left me confused because I thought passes were supposed to be paused or extended during the free travel period.
Has anyone else been in the same situation? Did you get your extra days, a refund, or any reimbursement? Just trying to figure out if I've missed something or if others are having the same issue. Also I have an ISTP pass
