when someone recommends a "hidden gem that not many people know about" and it has 11,000 google reviews
my coworker spent like 5 whole minutes telling me about this little hole in the wall place, super proud of herself, "trust me barely anyone knows about it." i had some money saved up so i went last saturday. 900 yelp reviews. professional photos on google maps. a line out the door at 6pm. the owner has a wikipedia page.
food was really good so i cant even be fully annoyed but i told her it was "pretty good" out of spite
