Need personal loan for emergency. Both declined sa BPI and Welcome Bank. CTBC ongoing but not so confident since declined nga sa others. Had delinquencies before but already settled last Feb and I have Certificate of Full Payment. Where else can I apply? 130k/mo net salary, with maxed out cc (170k & 60k). I wanted to not apply for a loan yet to improve my credit score but had an emergency need for cash.
