Tips for dialogues writing 🥹

I am writing a screenplay about 2 people one male and other female having a conversation in which female expressed her disappointment in her parents for being so stiff and controlling. And the male tries to understand her situation and advices her by telling a story about himself to change her will and decision at the moment. She is basically too scared to meet a guy on date chosen by her mother. She does not want to marry a stranger but the male understood her situation and ask her to not reject him without knowing him because of her precincieved beliefs but rather talk with him, spent some time and then made a decision.

What kind of dialogues should I use ? There are types ?

I want my characters to feel real and the emotions should be very loud since it's a simply story which is heavily dependent on dialogues.

Is there any movie or scenes u want to recommend since this conversation is not going to be heightened to rage or any emotional outburst. It is a simple conversation where both share their traumas ?
