📍 Open Position: Seller Support Associate
🏠 Hybrid/WFH Setup (when business allows)
📍 Applicants must be based in Metro Manila, Cavite, Bulacan, Laguna, or Rizal
✨ What You'll Do:
✅ Support Amazon sellers via phone, chat, and email
✅ Resolve account and operational concerns
✅ Investigate issues and provide solutions
✅ Collaborate with different Amazon teams
✅ Deliver world-class customer service
🎯 Qualifications:
✔ High School or College Graduate
✔ At least 3 years BPO experience (Voice, Chat & Email)
✔ Excellent English communication skills
✔ Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
✔ Willing to work onsite during Training & Transition
✔ Amenable to shifting schedules, including night shifts
💻 Work-From-Home Requirements:
• Fiber internet (minimum 200 Mbps)
• Backup internet and power source
• Quiet work environment
• Reliable mobile phone access
💞 Perks

🤑 Basic Salary Range: (33k- 36k)
📅 Important:
⚠ No leaves allowed during the first 4 months (Training & Transition)
⚠ 5-day work week with 2 consecutive rotational days off
