Trying Dilaudid tonight, I have 20mg worth of 4mg tablets
I’m used to taking a 100mg dose of oxy a night and came across these and I know they are much stronger, I’ve researched and their 4-5 times stronger so I figured I’ll go with 5 and 20mg of this dilaudid would be comparable to 100 of oxy, what do you guys think?

I lied tonight is 110mg, didn’t want to eclipse 105mg but I couldn’t get my hands on a 5 so fuck it ball out 110 it is🤣
