Can anyone advise. I applied to sell on tiktok shop yesterday for the first time.

I submitted my passport and all details matched and a couple of mins later I got an email saying you cant open a tiktok shop account because of abnormal risk assessment. I know its automated ai system making the decision.

I spoke to support and they said try again in a month. I said what difference does it make when the id documents are exactly the same?

Support is horrendous btw, very vague and unhelpful.
