My AC Adapter block isn't working
Today I found that my Switch 2 wasn't connecting to the dock. It wasn't charging or connecting to the TV or anything. I checked a bunch of different outlets and nothing worked. However, I switched out the AC adapter block for my phone charger block and it started properly charging then. So I know for a fact the wire works fine, but for whatever reason, the block specifically doesn't. No matter what working outlet or wire I use, it doesn't work. I'd probably just suck it up and use my phone charger block from now on, but I can only use it in docked mode with the AC Adapter that came with the console.
Is there anything I can do to get the block to work, or at least know if it is actually the block's fault and not some problem with the Switch 2 itself? I just got this thing about two months ago and have hardly moved the dock, so I don't know what could've happened. If it's dead, is it possible to get a replacement for just that, or will I have to go and buy a whole new AC Adapter?
