It’s abt to be 4 months since I’m dealing with continuous problems regarding the service from Lenovo.
Initially they diagnosed the motherboard replacement….changed it three times after, their internal failure made them replace again and again.

Now when I have been handed the laptop the screen edges are red (Bleeding) and they are claiming it was from the day one, which of course it wasn’t.

They have false assured me countless time now that they are working to solve this.
But I only get a reply or update when I mail them which is also a generic template.
Its been weeks since any update

Extremely disappointed! Not expected from Lenovo.
Zero support!
Worst experience with the service.
