Where do I start
This incoming school year, I'm going to be an automotive engineering student. The one thing I'm most worried about is that I may not be able to keep up with the course physically. I know that since this is an automotive-focused engineering course, there might be some heavy lifting of tools and equipment.
I'm a woman, and I don't really do any sort of exercise or lifting, so I'm worried that this might be harder for me. I'm a complete beginner and I don't have any prior knowledge about exercising at all. My main goal is to be able to lift heavy things. Where do I start?
