My idea for a European league competition

Ive been thinking on this for a little while maybe it could work i will let you decide
Currently some clubs end up with fixture congestion which I think this may solve and hopefully won't negatively affect domestic leagues (i expect there's issues i haven't thought about)
A Super league competition except unlike other previous attempts this one is a season long contest featuring the champions of the top 20 leagues (decided via coefficient)
They then compete in a league format for a season, 38 games 1 away and 1 home match each this would replace champions league for those teams instead of those positions moving down to the next league place but are distributed to lower ranked leagues instead
For the duration teams only compete in the "europe" league and top domestic cup (FA cup, Copa del Rey etc) and league can adjust promotions as needed to ensure leagues aren't one team short
Hopefully people have ideas that can take into account the logistics of this if it were to happen I think transfer windows would need to be altered possibly and Currently with how it is there no chance of teams winning consecutively
