I am searching for a flatmate, since one of my roommate is vacating. I have posted the message in multiple Flat and Flatmates groups on Fb.

Now, what I find shady is people ready to pay token money just by looking the photos, and before visiting the flat.

Is there a catch in this? Please enlighten me folks
