Product change to Custom Cash
I just successfully product changed my Citi Double Cash to a Custom Cash; so, two Custom Cash cards and no Double Cash now. I assume that this would have failed tomorrow. Took a lot of hassle to get a representative and I'm not sure I ever had the attention of a human, but my account now shows two Custom Cash cards, so no complaint.
