Need some peace of mind about WS security.
I've recently discovered three unauthorized charges on my Visa and when I called WS, I was told to fill out the claim paperwork for each transaction and wait. After visiting this subreddit, I now see that this is a very common issue and many people are frustrated at the frequency of fraudulant charges and length of time for resolution. I'm very particular about where I use my card and its mostly for monthly household expenses. Since I've locked my card roughly 12 hours ago, there have been 3 more attempted charges that were denied due to card lock. Wild.
As annoying and bullshitty it is having to deal with this process, I am more concerned about the security of my checkings/savings and investment account ls and am curious if anyone here has had issues in this area before. I moved my entire portfolio to WS last year and I am rapidly losing faith.
Any stories or warnings would be appreciated.
