I was able to get a reservation at Kann for an upcoming trip to the area, which I'm very excited for, but my dining companion is pretty sensitive to spicy foods; this note has me a little nervous: "Alliums, Capsaicin, and Cilantro are heavily featured in most of our food, so we are unable to offer substitutions".

Are the majority of menu choices fairly spicy?
