I'm a servicenow dev with experience in TPRM + ITOM event management module primarily, getting into IRM lately. I've been at my first company throughout, started with 5 LPA 4 years ago still below 7 as of today, did not have any significant hike even after a promotion, therefore looking for a switch.

I've Cleared a few interviews this month 2 from big 4s and few other companies, an am confused about going into HR discussions and not having confidence with my expectation.

I know I got lowballed with 1 HR.

I will really appreciate the community's help if you can provide a range so I know the potential room for a reasonable expectation!
