I (25F) just got my CNA licensure and I am deciding between a full time job through a healthcare
organization as a call rep plus benefits, health insurance that would match my 401K and weekends off, I have endometriosis and this insurance works with progyny as I want to freeze my eggs and be a mom in the future.

Whereas I got accepted as a PCT, will give me training in EKG, Phlebotomy, part-time hours and pay my nursing tuition

Which should i choose?
