I have stayed around the nirjuli area before . It's quite far from the main hub. What colony should I look for rent in itanager and naharlagun that is close to the library, gym, food market. Just a student friendly location. I'm not from the capital so please recommend a colony name that I can look for a rent house. Thank you!!!

Can I apply these laws in any product big or small with mrp . Eg:- ice cream, toffee, biscuits, cigarettes. since the rise of upi we can pay bills in decimal numbers unlike cash having change problem.
Where in Arunachal can and cannot be applicable to this law. Some places like anini for eg used to experience road blockage in the past so I can understand if there is a rise in price for the products.
Note :- I bought rs.25 ice cream for rs.30. The reason for the extra 5 was they brought ice cream from a far far place and I'm thinking it's not reasonable because I live in a plain area. Hardly any road blockage, no landslides even if it rains.
There is a main market and there is a group of small shops located within the community. Say 5 Mins -10 mins drive difference between those two . The local shop will reason since they brought it from the market we do charge extra. (Legal or illegal?).

On yt it says no court fee charge with consideration upto rs 5 lakh. iCRPC helps you file complain but they charge since it's an ngo . can I go directly to the court or should I go through ICRPC. What's the difference between ICRPC and legal metrology. What's the simple procedure to get my refund?.
