Current Stack

Wanted to share my current stack for anyone else also on the same peptides or looking to try!

Reta - 1x a week
GHKCU - 5x a week
KPV - 5x a week
Glutathione - 3x a week

I did finish a cycle of KLOW and results were really nice the last two weeks. I was less inflamed, my family started noticing and complimenting my skin as well as the glow, the baby hairs are actually crazy and I bleached my hair near platinum from a very dark brown so there was some breakage but it’s all growing back out really well!

I just pinned my 4th time and currently experiencing minimal side effects if at all, food noise is noticeably less like I’ll forget to eat for a longer period of time or can go longer between meals if I wanted to - hunger is there but when I know I’m not eating enough protein or carbs.

I started at 0.5mg for the first two weeks and now I just pinned my second dose of 0.75mg - also want to change my pin days from sundays to fridays so this week i pinned on saturday night instead of sunday evening and then next week i’ll pin on friday and then fridays then on so I don’t shock my body with a lot of reta. Don’t know if that is the correct way but we’re all our own lab rats soooo …

I am on week 3, increased my dose to .75 mg from .5 mg the first two weeks, in my luteal phase so close to my period and sooooo hungry like nothing feels satiating - I’m not overeating at all so I don’t have any side effects but wow the hunger is insane even with a higher dose
