This floor plan seems to have been butchered over time (only has a spiral staircase?) Curious to see how others would reimagine it.
Ideally, all living spaces on ground floor with a mudroom and a normal staircase, and 4 bed/2 bath on top floor. There are 3! cool fireplaces to work around.
