Should I go with solar?

So ive been given a few quotes for a few different systems. The one I am considering is 10kw system (20 panels) for 20k before rebate.

I will be given a referral bonus to cover the get so it'd effectively 15k with the bc hydro rebate.

8 of the panels will be on the west facing roof, 2 will be on the east facing roof. It will cover about 60 percent of my electricity usage. I have an ev, hot rub and AC. Plus I use space heaters frequently so I use a lot of energy. I use 15920 kwhs a year of energy.ill have about 10kwhs covered.

I was going to roll the cost of 15 k into my mortgage at 3.35 % interest so it would be about $75 a month but I'd effectively be saving 96 a month right off the bat.

I live In BC, we are on a tiered system. I practically live on tier 2 due to my high electricity usage. So I'm thinking the savings would be amplified if I could cut the majority of tier 2 out, savings 3 cents a kwh.

I do use time of use billing so charging the car i get -5 cents per kwh.

I have thought about this for a few days now but I'm having a hard time pulling the trigger due to the high upfront cost. Is this a good deal and is it worth it?
