Just perusing the latest housing affordability figures which were released in March this year.

Housing has become relatively more affordable in the last year in Cambridge and South Cambs. Affordability ratios have gone down from 11.34 to 10.82 (Cambridge) and from 9.9 to 9.31 (South Cambs).

It's not much, but every cloud...
