How to manage night lows in a relationship?

So this is kinda rant, kinda a seek for advise because mental health got f. last night again. I had a pretty severe low, with LOW being my number on the CGM and fingerpick. So me in the kitchen panic eating while my pump goes mental in the kitchen with me and my phone going mental in the bedroom. Obviously pretty noisy

Now my question would be How do you handle such shit in a relationship when you are sleeping with your partner in the bed? Do they just accept it, do you anything to keep the volume down?

I am not in a relationship but struggle with the possibility of disrupting my Potential partner's sleep and waking them up every once in a while, cause the Sweet wants to go mental and fuck things up and stressing myself about it.

Has anybody any tips or can share experiences?
