Hi everyone,
Over the past few months, I’ve been building a free tool called HAC (Home Affordability Confidence). The idea came from my own frustration with affordability calculators that tell you what you qualify for, but not necessarily what you can comfortably afford.
HAC looks at income, monthly obligations, savings goals, taxes, insurance, utilities, maintenance, and a lifestyle reserve to generate a confidence score and affordability range.
I’m still improving it and would genuinely appreciate honest feedback:
Is the concept useful?
What information is missing?
What would make you trust a tool like this?
Any bugs or confusing sections?

Thanks for taking a look. I’m a solo builder and all feedback—positive or negative—helps.
