I’ve been asking to make sure the AC works for weeks, and it’s on the repair addendum. Tomorrow is closing, my agent suggests to hold $5K on escrow until they get it fix or the money is mine. What do you guys think about this? And if you think it’s a good idea, how long should I give them to get it fix by? Thanks so much everyone
For context, I passed all steps (PT, writing test, background, poly, board) then I got a conditional offer on drug test, medical and psych.
