How to get rid of warts

33F and two years postpartum with my first child. I am at my wits end with warts. What started as a single plantar wart on my foot in my mid 20s that was small and basically dormant for several years has now expanded to numerous plantar warts on both feet, and a few small warts on my hands and one on the crease of my nose. I strongly believe that pregnancy and breastfeeding/postpartum tanked my immune system because the wart growth beyond the single plantar wart has all taken place over the past two years. I stopped breastfeeding around 18m postpartum and now feel like my body feels mostly back to normal except for my immune system. In addition to the warts, I’ve had other signs of immune deficiencies like constantly getting sick from my child’s daycare illnesses and chronic sinus inflammation/infections.

I’m open to seeing my dermatologist about the warts but I know this is likely stemming from an underperforming immune system. What kinda of things should I be looking for in terms of bloodwork, supplements, lifestyle changes, etc? Has anyone had success managing/treating warts with lifestyle interventions alone? I appreciate any support or recommendations. Thanks in advance!
