I just had a question how many people have irregular periods and the tracker they use on the phone just shames them into saying you’re late.. this might get taken down and I totally understand it but I’m in the process of making an app just for irregular periods
I don’t even know where to start with this one but a lot of things bother me and it’s hard to talk to them about it because every time I bring something up or they get mad at me for the littlest things like leaving my dish on the table. Totally forgot to bring it to the kitchen and we talk about it they get mad at me and then they use this line which kills me the most.. Stop using your ADHD as an excuse.. like it’s something I can just shut off or something I can just do better at I wonder if anyone else partner is like this I’ve heard the stop using adhd as an excuse way to many times.. but like I feel like my partner just doesn’t understand adhd and I tell them to read about it but like nothing..

Just wanted to know if anyone else has felt like this I stared vyvanse maybe a month now the first day I took it I was super focused but then the next day nothing and I haven’t felt the same first day since taking it I’m feeling it’s not doing anything I’m on 30mg right now have a doctors appointment tomorrow for another reason. I was on Concerta before and when talking to my doctor we found it didn’t last long enough for me that’s why they put me on Vyvanse but I don’t know I’m not motivated on it..
