Is this 2016 stump jumper worth $750

I live in the US, but this bike is in Europe, as I visit there frequently. It's specifically in the Czech Republic. I'm wondering if it's worth the money to get it. Keep in mind that it's in Europe. It has an aluminum frame. The seller said that the seat post "has seen better days" and that I should replace it.
