95 Minute Wait With a Side of Contact High
Last night I ordered some food. Waited 95 minutes for driver to arrive. The dude walked up and reeked of weed. We completed the hand-off, and as I walked inside, I realized that I was dragging the smell with me into the hotel. I opened the paper bag in my room and almost gagged. It smelled like a bong long overdue for a water change. The paper bag absorbed ALL the smoke in this guy's car. I let it all air out for another 30 minutes, then ate my food cold. It was all fine, but the cheesecake must have absorbed a ton of the smoke, as it was inedible.
I contacted customer service, and they thanked me and refused to give a refund for the order. I have been a customer for years, and I have only given out positive ratings to drivers in that time, as I've had good experiences thus far. I'm pretty baffled as to why they wouldn't, at minimum, issue a refund for such a shitty experience.
