Is presenting a unified narrative to adcoms really that important??
How important is having a cohesive “narrative” for medical school admissions? I (rising sophomore) am involved in research, but I’m also starting a chapter focused on helping underserved communities, and I’m worried my activities might come across as scattered.
The other thing is that both genuinely interest me, and I seriously don't know if it's just the environment on this subreddit that made me feel this way, or if it will actually raise eyebrows with adcoms. Any advice?
