sorry if this has been discussed before, but if Maomao’s death was written, do you think it could be similar to how Rasputin died?

this sounds stupid but Maomao and Rasputin have a lot of parallels (okay maybe just 2) like being a lover of someone royal and having a very high tolerance to poison.
