Does openMenu force VGA over any output?
I recently installed a GDEMU, and I'm loving it, but I was wondering if openMenu will force VGA for any output? I mostly use my Dreamcast via S-Video on a CRT that only supports 480i. I disabled VGA patching in GD Menu Card Manager, but will launching games from openMenu force 480p VGA?
