Heart rate 130 BPM when walking.

Is it normal for my heart to go to about 130 when doing a fitness class.

Sometimes when I'm just casually waking to work and up stairs it can go up to 122.

I don't do much exercise and I'm not overweight, if anything I'm on the slender size but when I do I feel my heart go through the roof.

Propanlol for gigs/festivals.

Does this help with going to events such as gigs/festivals.

I've got one coming up and I'm very anxious to go. I used to love going to them now I feel I would just have a panic there.

It has helped with driving in the motorway which I did for the first time in months. It was only about 20 mins in the motorway but it really calmed my nerves and slowed my heart rate down as it would normally be through the roof.

I only took one 10mg and 8 felt it helped for what I needed it for. Just wondering if it works for an all day event. I'm worried about it making me feel dizzy when I'm there etc.

It seems that they have now discontinued the Dream Radiant liquid foundation in Superdrug and Boots. J usually have the Natural Ivory. As I have very pale skin.

I have replaced it with another maybline product called Lifter but it seems to be way to pale for me skin.

Any advice on what's close to the dream liquid?

I have been prescribed to take propanlol 10g so a small dose by the GP for anxiety as and when I need it. I have had CBT therapy but been referred for the high intensive one which I am currently waiting for.

They did say to try without medication first but Ive got as a just incase. I just don't want to become reliant on them.

I get very anxious about doing alot of things like driving. I'm worried due to the side effects my make me feel dizzy and faint.

Any advice on this?
