I just finished the first bottle of bourbon I've ever really loved (JD Heritage Barrel), so I figured I'd start to develope my palate from scratch by starting at the lower priced end of the spectrum. These 3 all seem to be pretty highly rated and decent for drinking neat, which is my preference.

Any recs similar to Heritage Barrel for around (or less than) $50?

First time this has happened. Water leaking along the back wall (shown in pic) and around the metal ring that holds the group head. I assume this is a bad gasket?

Also, I bought some Cafiza not knowing its really meant for a machine that back flushes. Can I just dissolve it in the water tank and use it for descaling? Or just do 50/50 vinegar and water?
