Crackling noise from my Bass Amp?

Hey all would really appreciate some help!

What is wrong with my Ampeg BA210 Bass Amp? There is a crackling noise every time I hit a note or press on the amp? :(

I only took delivery of it today, and unfortunately I am getting the noise as per the video? This happened from as soon as I started playing it.

The HF switch enabled lowers the noise a bit but it is still very present.

Is something loose or is it damaged?

I am currently in the market for a Bass amp. I play quite a mix of genres between Reggae, Disco, Funk, Rock.

The amp would be used for home practice and also for band practice with a drummer guitarist etc. I would also like to be record using the direct amp sound into my audio interface for YouTube videos etc. My room size is 4x3m.

Any gigs played with it would likely be fairly small in the near future and I am no adverse to buying an extension cab down the line should the need arise.

I am considering the following options, but am interested in any recommendations/ advice as it is quite a big purchase for me.

Mark bass 102p Tilt Back (older model - 2006), used
Mark bass CMD JB Players School Combo 1x15 (available since 2013), new
Fender Rumble 200 (available since 2014), new
