Tried making a rainy Tokyo street where every puddle reflects a different universe

Started with a simple late-night Tokyo alley scene and experimented with the idea that each puddle could reflect an entirely separate reality instead of the actual street. Some turned into cyberpunk skylines, others into underwater worlds or distant galaxies. Spent a while tweaking the reflections and atmosphere to keep it grounded and photorealistic. Used runable during the iteration process to test different lighting and reflection variations until this version felt believable enough.

Golden Corridor of the Deco Age in forgotten art deco subway entrances

Warm gold lighting, towering geometric fixtures, and polished symmetry straight out of the Art Deco era. This hallway feels like a preserved fragment of 1930s luxury — somewhere between a grand hotel, an old Manhattan tower, and a cinematic dream during the holidays.

Rainy Tokyo street where every puddle reflects a different reality

Started with a quiet rainy Tokyo alley and played with the idea that every puddle could reveal a different universe instead of a normal reflection. Tried to make each one feel like its own world while still keeping the overall scene grounded and cinematic. Spent most of the time refining the lighting, rain atmosphere, and reflections so the surreal parts still felt believable. Made with runable.

Art Deco Clock by Rose Iron Works — geometric metalwork from Cleveland

Rose Iron Works is a great example of how Art Deco moved beyond buildings and posters into decorative metalwork. I liked this piece because the geometric structure, clean symmetry, and crafted iron details give it that machine-age Art Deco feeling while still looking handmade. It feels functional, but also very ornamental in the way Art Deco objects often were.

Art Deco animal sculptures had a way of making nature feel luxurious

I genuinely love how Art Deco artists stylized birds and animals without stripping away their elegance. These parrots feel less like decorative objects and more like tiny architectural pieces. The elongated proportions, dark pedestal forms, and textured green finish capture that perfect balance between exotic beauty and geometric refinement that defined so much of the era.

Pieces like this remind me why Art Deco still feels timeless nearly a century later.

Cyberpunk graffiti designs that would make amazing stencil pieces

the layering and silhouettes on these tarot graffiti designs are so good. they already feel halfway between street art and stencil work, especially with the heavy contrast and rough spray-painted look. honestly makes me want to try turning some of them into physical stencil pieces
