I have emailed the customer support but I’m guessing I won’t receive a response for at least the next 4 days due to the public holidays and the weekend. To dispute the transaction via my bank I have to prove I was unable to resolve the issue with VP bank so I’m going to have to wait a while.

Has anyone had a similar issue and how did it get resolved?

I’m hoping at the end of the day the ATM realises there’s something wrong and just refunds me but it wasn’t a small withdrawal so I’m a bit stressed and completely out of cash.

Edit: just got a notification from my bank that the ATM didn’t claim the cash and the money is back in my account. So if anyone else is in a similar situation don’t stress too much, it sorted itself out within an hour
