Is it possible to manage bdd and actually work as a teacher?

I will try to keep this short.

So i was quite confident and tbh loved myself pretty much always, but a year ago i had tmj problems and i removed my wisdom teeth and got into splint therapy ( it relaxed my massaters), which changed my face and made it look sunken and tbh far less attractive.

I am 20 and for a year i was in constant anxiety and i cant still accept my face.
However, it is possible to retrain those muscles and get back my old face but it takes time ( at least 3-6 month)

So, tomorrow i have to go job interview as a math teacher.

So my question is, is it even a good idea to start a job right now with my mental state and most importantly i really dont like how i look right now.

What do you guys think?

My hair was always too thick and btw i am ginger.
However recently my hair became dry, lighter, thinner and straw like. Also, i can see my scalp better without any type of recession in hairline.

I did some research and mostly it looks like TE as i went through a lot last 6-9 month. However, i really dont wanna go bald by thinking that it is just TE.

What do you think?

Should i just start fin?
