I started on Feb 18 as i decided to stop porn after seeing my crush to better my self and it works like till april 27 but from that day on I had some doubts in my mind about her she was the reason I wanted to quit but after knowing something and my own overthinking a d douth and late nights i finally broke my streak this was my longest now it been like 2 weeks I am back at it watching again hating it even more as my addiction is worse I am unable to stop even if I want to my motivation was external it was depended on her now my clg is ended I can't see her and don't know how to restart I want to but every time i come back to square one please if any one can help I don't want to be a insensitive person who only cares about himself porn has changed me i don't want to be like it so please if anyone can help do it thankyou
