POTS is just like having heat sickness that doesn’t go away.
I had a training at work since we are coming into the summer season here and it’s predicted to be very hot. The subject was heat sickness and heat stroke. They listed the symptoms of heat sickness: severe sweating, rapid heart rate, nausea/vomiting, shortness of breath, dizziness, fatigue, fainting, etc. Those are the same things I deal with on the regular. It’s interesting.
