I have a DREAM job, but I’ve been getting burned out lately. My portfolio is around 1.5m and my FIRE number is 2.5, I’m thinking about taking a step back from the career and focusing on the aspects of it i love (it’s a creative field) vs the “money making” parts of it that are quite exhausting —- and pulling dividends, so like 1.5% annually - off my current portfolio to subsidy my lifestyle

I haven’t heard of anyone doing anything like this - for context I’m 30 going on 31.

90% of my portfolio is VOO/VTI the other 10% is bonds and cash
