So my friend who has roblox plus tried giving me, someone without roblox plus robux, but I didn't get any in my account nor in my pending robux. Does anyone know why?

edit; so I guess we both need 18+/parental control. Why?! I understand, but couldn't they have told her that there's an error since we don't have parental control instead of making her lose 252 robux?
