What exactly does this option do and should I keep it enabled or disabled if i don't use FSR ?

GPU power supply-two 8pin pcie into 12v2x6 that requires three 8pins?

Just gotten a 9070xt and realized it needs 3x8pins for the power supply.

My PSU is s RM850e and it comes with two 8 pin cables for the GPU on which there is a daisy chain so technically there are 3 outputs on the two 8 pin pcie cables.

My question being, is it bad to run the GPU with only two 8 pin pcie cables or should I look into buying another one so they all are independent?
