Anyone work in software dev on middleware portfolios or products, or in a weak matrix? I’m really struggling to make a resume that is high impact while still being concise. If anyone has been in a similar situation, I would love some feedback on how to word my experience and accomplishments, or a sample resume.
I’m more akin to generic middle management or product ownership than I am PM at this point. Most of time is just spent watching the plan unfold in case something needs my intervention, and it’s very rare that it does. Between that, how the matrix setup exacerbates my inability to claim ownership of anything, and how the middleware is a chore to explain, I’m kind of creatively burned out and don’t know how to package my experience for the current job market.
