Hi, I’m stuck installing CFW on a PS3 Slim (CECH-2104B).
The system is asking me to connect a controller via USB in Safe Mode / system update step.

I only have cheap third-party PS3 controllers (wired and wireless), and they are not working.

I need to buy a controller that will 100% work in Safe Mode to finish the installation.

What should I buy that is guaranteed to work?
Is an original DualShock 3 required, or are there any cheap wired controllers that are confirmed to work (like Genesis P58 or similar)?

I don’t want to waste money again on something that won’t be recognized by the PS3.
Budget is low.
