It's the first really hot & sunny day in my state so far this year, and the first summer (oh except it's not EVEN SUMMER YET) since my rosacea was majorly exacerbated by Post-Covid Syndrome. I wore sunscreen and a hat to get groceries today but still managed to overheat just driving there and back, and putting stuff away, I guess? Because my face is now burning with the fire of a thousand suns.

What do you guys do for in-the-moment relief? Cold compress is for the birds lol. I'm already using only Vanicream + scripts from my derm with strict instructions not to apply anything else. I may be willing to defy her just to get some relief right now.

This summer is going to be rotted.
